Event Overview
What: For over a decade, the Nexstar National Recruiting Showcase has continually provided players with the opportunity to be instructed by premier college coaches and play with the top lacrosse athletes from around the country. Last year, players represented six different states and were able to compete in front of 30+ college programs ranging from NCAA DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA. The Nexstar National Recruiting Showcase is consistently striving to elevate the level of lacrosse by providing our players with the opportunity to collaborate with leading college and FIL coaches.
When: January 8-9th, 2022
Where: Caloosa Park: 1300 SW 35th Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426
Format: College coaches will be running specific individual and team drills to help all players improve their skills and lacrosse IQ. Players will have the opportunity to interact and learn first hand from the highest level of coaching after each drill session is complete. Players will then be broken into teams and play full field games to showcase their abilities and newly taught techniques.
Time Frame: January 8th (8AM-6PM EST)
January 9th (8:30AM-3:00PM)
Cost: $375. Early bird of $325 until October 15th.
Late fee: $425 12/26 and afterwards.

Flying In? Nexstar is a National Showcase in sunny South Florida and conveniently located between the the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) & West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
The park location is roughly 30 minutes from each airport just minutes off either the Atlantic Ave exit in Delray Beach coming from the south or the Woolbright Ave exit in Boynton Beach if you're coming from the north off I95.

Nexstar and US Lax Events Partnership
Nexstar National Showcase and US Lax Events have joined forces to help grow the game of lacrosse in South Florida and provide aspiring high school lacrosse players the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
South Florida's premier recruiting showcase enters its 12th year in partnership with US Lax Events to bring not only South Florida, but the nation a personal and in depth training and evaluation weekend for grad years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, & 2026.
Nexstar Lacrosse, the brain child of Doug Shanahan entered into partnership agreement with US Lax Events just recently.
Doug Shanahan says "I'm really looking forward to bringing to power of US Lax Events to Nexstar this January. The partnership will help change the landscape of events and recruiting in Florida for years to come."
